Love this bike. Although it's my first adult bike and I have being my cyclying journey, I love how it performs. The tires have withstood my extra body weight without issue. Everywhere I go and everytime I meet folks they all same the same thing, "What kinda bike is that? And I love the cool color!" I just wish it would come in more colorful color options. Food for thought.
My dad and I recently got my mom into some easy trail and touring road rides but her previous bike was plenty heavy and she couldn't keep up with us. We bought her this bike as an early surprise anniversary gift. She loves the bike, and enjoys riding more (after the geometry fit and a stem exchange). It really brings the family together when we go out riding and her cycling skills have certainly gotten better. As for me though, I sometimes use it, it is comfortable and I like the lower "upright" position. My knowledge on bike fitting has gotten better so I already know my mom's and my geometry. The bike is stiff (although the frame is engineered for an average women's weight, but I'm light anyways) and my mom and I favor the carbon Zertz fork. My mom has stopped riding trails for it "strains her backside too much." and obviously this is a road bike. Overall, it's a great bike, it's light, and most of all, we all ride as a family and enjoy our time together.
GREAT ROAD BIKE, I USUALLY RIDE DURING THE WEEKENDS, ABOUT 40 TO 55 KM.( SAT. + SUN. ) IT´S LIGHTWEIGHT, SILENT AND VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE LAST BIKES I HAVE HAD. ( ARIEL AND CROSS TRAIL ) I LOVED 27 SPEED..IT HELPS TO GO UP ON THE HILLS. SPECIALIZED ARE FANTASTIC BIKES, I DO RECOMMEND.
Great gears, excellent handle, easy going and strong. Really love it!
I live in a neighborhood with very bumpy streets. The carbon fork certainly smooths out these bumps and makes for a very comfortable ride. This is the lightest bike I have owned at 24.6 lbs. So much fun to ride and comfortable!
